BUTYLEN-S10/-090 is a tape system for permanent corrosion prevention on pipelines and pipeline components. The high flexibility and elasticity of BUTYLEN-S10 and BUTYLEN-090 permit a fast and safe application of the field joint coating systems on the pipeline components, such as T-pieces and house connection fittings. Depending on the number of tape layers of the outside tape, the tape achieves stress classes R or HR of GRTgaz.

BUTYLEN-S10/-090 is a corrosion prevention system for field joint coating and pipe coating and rehabilitation. The optimised system structure is specifically designed for use with small nominal pipe sizes, house connection fittings and T-pieces. BUTYLEN-S10/-090 is approved in accordance with Gaz de France specification RV02 (class R and HR), which proves the high quality and exceptional user-friendliness of the product.
