PLASTELEN®-Fill


Permanently plastic petrolatum-based corrosion prevention mastic for molten pressure injection in flange connections, prestressed anchor systems and prestressed braids.

  • Unsaponifiable.
  • High adhesion.
  • Very good moistening of steel surfaces.
  • Ideal for cavities in flange connections, prestressed anchors and prestressed braids.
  • Operating temperatures up to +65°C (+149°F).
PLASTELEN®-Fill is a permanently plastic, petrolatum-based meltable corrosion prevention mastic for use in flange connections, prestressed anchor systems and prestressed braids. PLASTELEN®-Fill was designed especially for flange connections, molten pressure injection into cavities in prestressed anchor systems. PLASTELEN®-Fill has a temperature stability of up to +65°C (+149°F).
