LIQUITOL®-SU 65


Elastic hardening, vibration damping pouring compound with medium shore hardness for rails and bollards.

LIQUITOL®-SU 65 consists of a pourable, two-component polyurethane-based system that hardens to become elastic. LIQUITOL®-SU 65 is frost and de-icing salt resistant. LIQUITOL®-SU 65 is ideal for use as an elastic and vibration-damping pouring compound for grooved rails and filled section rails. The material is suitable for light traffic or when deflection is required in the system (e.g. as a pouring compound for machine components).

LIQUITOL®-SU 65 : Industries and solutions

The Shore hardness of LIQUITOL®-SU 65 is medium, allowing the material to absorb vibration while keeping the sinking depth relatively low. LIQUITOL®-SU 65 has been deployed in road and railway construction as a pouring compound for tram tracks. LIQUITOL®-SU 65 insulates against leakage current that hardens rapidly. LIQUITOL®-SU 65 has been used by companies such as Kölner Verkehrsbetriebe AG (Germany) as a pouring compound for switch points.
